Except they have two answers wrong
number 28a and 23d

And went for OFFER as it was an electricity only watchdog.

So, I'd say both answers were correct.

Unfortunately it doesnt have answers for You Magazine only stuck on 24 & 30 across & 20, 23 & 27 Down
