If you have the parked cars on your side of the road then you should give way to the other person.

In other words the person with no obstruction on theior side of the roads has right of way.

SammySnake thankyou,I thought I was in the right, but it's too late now I have given in to my insurance Co procedure to take 50/50 now.

Thanks for your help.
BUT!!!! If the road is on an incline and you are going upwards and the parked cars are on your side of the road, YOU have the right of way.
