I am truly shocked!
So had to stop off at M&S on the way home and buy a few bits and pieces as clothes I bought to go away with no longer fit!!

Well done.

Sorry Bazille I just saw your question.
I had the sleeve not the band, the band is temporary but the sleeve is forever as they removed 80% of my stomach.
Over time, I will be able to eat more - no where what i ate pre op but more than i can now, this will slow the weight loss to a maintain weight.
Hi Islay, Congrats on the weight reduction. Would it be possible to graze continually on small amounts of food or would you feel too full? has it affected your digestion?

Hi Purist now it wouldn't be as you have to wait for your 'tube' to empty before eating more.
What you can do is eat 'slider' food which is crackers, crisps that type of food as they are digested easily. But obviously you try to restrict those foods!
Digestion is ok most of the time but if i eat something that doesn't agree with me I know within minutes!!
