Here's the thing - after three visits from the solicitor she decided I needed a letter from the GP to say this is in accordance with my mothers wishes. So I contact and write to the doctor - last Monday the surgery called me to arrange an appointment with me present to meet with mum (arranged for today)- they also said the solicitor usually has a form the doctor completes and sends to solicitor. So I calls the solicitor last Monday they weren't in that day but the said they'd call me back on the Tuesday - I'm still waiting for that call. Today (the doctors appointment day) I called the surgery this morning to confirm the appointment- all ok
After waiting from 1pm until 4.45 I call the doctor to be told the appointment had been deferred until tomorrow - so kind of them to let me know
Does anyone do their job right today

NO. I deal with this daily.

I take it you need a form completing by the doctor to apply for a deputyship order? If so the form the GP needs is COP3.

Forgive me if I am being presumptious.
