Does anyone know how to crop an image/document saved on desktop for use as attachment on emails - I've tried the Canon Quick Menu but can't seem to get the right "crop" option screen. Recently upgraded to Windows 10 and a new printer and runing into problems. Any suggestion appreciated.

Use a decent image viewer/editor!

Irfanview should be on everyone's computer:

It's about a million billion zillion times squared better as a picture viewer than the one which is built into Windows and it's also got some excellent editing facilities.

To crop an image, simply open it in Irfanview and then click-&-drag to draw a rectangle around the desired area. Go to the Edit menu and click on Crop Selection (or, even simpler, just press Ctrl and Y together). Then go to File > Save As to save your cropped image, which you can attach to an email.

Thanks for your reply and suggestion, Buenchico - I have heard of Irfanview and should have thought of that. I'll certainly give it a try.
