Our daughter and family have just invited us for a long weekend with them in October to El Puerto de Santa Maria ! We absolutely love that place and would happily retire there if it wasn't for the children. Yeepee ! Something to really look forward too. 2 sons coming too !

We went to a bodega last time, and I can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable days ever, for 8€ , old misery guts Mr. Sam says he doesn't to do it, but I KNOW he will enjoy it, so will try to persuade him.

I was fortunate enough to live in El Puerto for ten years, (my husband worked for most of that time for Sandeman in Jerez).
Have many happy memories of the town, and made lots of good friends there.
