Given the accusations that have been thrown at me recently am I just opening myself up for a load of abuse?

I think you'd get massive support but there will inevitably be negativity and personally I wouldn't. Remember what happened when molly posted a picture of herself in her prom dress?

Its many years ago now but links to pictures on here have been stolen,photoshopped to show people performing obscene acts and then reposted. The same person (this is many years ago and we were a lot more innocent then) also told people how to find information that would enable their AB ID’s to be hacked and persuaded people to post the info on here. The site is much more secure now but it was a horrible few days until everything was sorted. Your choice but personally I wouldn’t do it.

Putting up pictures of yourself on the internet always comes with some risks, sadly. Only you can decide if it's worth that risk or not. From the looks of things, there are plenty of people who would be only too happy to take the pictures in the spirit intended.

Your heading should have the word "Trouble" replaced by "Controversy"....Am I Asking for Controversy, and the answer is YES!
What is wrong with that, in all your previous guises you have been controversial and that is an important ingredient on AB........I admire that and your threads are always lengthy.
Although, posting pictures on the internet has dangers of which you are aware.......for your supporters, then do it.

Islay, I can right click on most pictures and copy them or just do a screen grab. So far I haven’t found anything that screen grab won’t work on :(

Like others I think your progress has been amazing and inspirational to many - but, I sense you already know posting photos here would go two ways.

We all like to think we can cope with the flak but it still hurts, think carefully.

I once had an image stolen and defaced and I was surprised how much it got to me.

Also - without being preachy, there are site guidelines.
• Do not post any personal information belonging to you or others including full name, address or phone number as it can easily be misused by others. We strongly advise you against posting links to personal photographs.
