Gawd help us looks like they shipped in a load of drunks from shagaluf. It's one long party up there. They didn't seem to be taking it seriously at all. I have never flown Easyjet and I don't think I ever will. F_F_S they even had Steven Fry commentating like it was an episode of QI. Do they realise they will have lives in their hands? Jeez one of them was talking about her boyfriends with the captain when she was supposed to landing the plane. No wonder they went off to a remote French Airport to practice. Terrifying if these are the pilots coming through.

Well, if they don't qualify they'll have wasted a lot of money.
It was the captain who asked her about boyfriends
flew easyjet once .. never again... very poor customer care both on the ground and in air.. quite rude and dismissive...
I have socks older than him !

I can handle rude, I just have a natural aversion to being spread over a mountain!
Drat I'm watching something on netflix and the reminder didn't come up. Very entertaining programme.
Question Author
gets better the kin pilot who's flying with passengers for the first time had never heard of the Bay of Biscay! Do they do geography? Gawd elp us!
never had a chip butty ? ye gods !
Question Author
not vital to the job but I would certainly worry about someone who never had a chip butty.
murraymints never had a chip butty ? ye gods !

Wot, he / she is from planet earth aren't they ?.
Watched it last week - gobsmacked!
I like my pilots to look like my GP - middle aged, greyish hair and many years of experience behind him. Oh, and ideally know where the Bay of Biscay is or at least heard of it.
I made a similar point about the pilots last week and was told in no uncertain manner on here that their age doesn't matter at all, average age of WW2 pilots etc etc. This week's programme has only confirmed my opinion that I'd like any pilot flying me to have some life experience, and - at the very least - know where the Bay of Bleeping Biscay is
Oh dear. I didn't watch it, but it sounds worrying, as if they're playing a computer game.
I suppose if you want cheap flights you're not going to get the experienced, sound people we would hope our pilots are.
where exactly are pilots (or GPs) to get this experience, Paul?
ill bet if you stopped a hundred people in the street where the bay of Biscay is they wouldn't have heard of it either,
really ? gosh I must apply to MENSA ! LOL
Interestingly Geography is not one of the recommended qualifications to choose when deciding your study path to become a pilot.

The route is already established, you don't actually pick where to go.
You mistrust the pilots Tora and you have an avatar of Trump lol.
I have never eaten a chip butty and I doubt I ever will
