Barmaid, they don't view all non muslims as targets, but their book does incite them to look upon non muslims as less then worthy, let alone muslim women, so if you take hard core believers of said book you have a problem, divided communities allow this to perpetuate
muslim schools outside of jurisdiction let it flourish, the government let it carry on..diversity and all that, there are many hard core muslims who will not integrate..less it goes against their book.

Fender (bangs head on wall). I have ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUE WITH STATING HARDLINE FUNDAMENTALIST MUSLIM followers have a real problem. The Q'uaran (sp) is, when read literally, a hideous book that promises all sorts of great things for people who kill infidels. It's hideous.
But please please do not equate my unwillingness to tar all asians, muslims etc with the same brush as an ability to condone religious fundamentalism. The Rochdale case was appallingly handled - as have others been. The police are scared of being called racists. I get that. But that does NOT and will NEVER excuse the villification of normal law abiding citizens because their skin happens to be a different colour.
One of my closest mates is an asian gentleman. He has had to endure being spat at in the street and likened to Osama Bin Laden as a "rag head". Why? Because he is english but of asian descent. That is so so wrong.
Anyway, I have to go prepare supper now, for an asian family. Sure I shall be murdered in my bed so I'll bid you all goodbye.
