My son is in prison on suicide watch. Don't know what to do. I can't speak to him or even leave him a message. Can't even think straight I'm so upset.

For all of you that were so helpful and supportive when son was arrested and in prison before he was bailed, I just thought I'd let you know that his trial is on Friday. From what I've read if the worst happens he will get six months, fingers crossed that doesn't happen x
Thanks for the update, please do let us know what happens.
Smow, I assume he is pleading guilty? If so there is an automatic reduction of 1/3rd in any sentence. Also time spent on remand is deducted from any sentence, so the time he spent waiting for bail will be deducted as 'time served' I can't see that he will have to serve anymore time in custody. I expect him to be released immediately after the trial.
