Relations Slightly Improved Between Me And My Family Dad Says Af Only When Sitting

Hi there
I am communicating with my mum now just via email. Given my dads heart investigations I dont want to stress them as there is often tension between us. He has had a couple of very brief episodes of AF but they only occur when he is sitting down or lying down. But I have told mum that people who have AF often dont have symptoms and they are in it without knowing it. I have to say I am a bit cynical that it only happens when sitting down, dad is not a pulse checker unlike myself. I really do hope that he will be put on a blood thinner.

rivaroxaban - yes he should be for paroxysmal AF

and yeah you usually know - bumpity bump - when you have got it
anyway he is the one almost fainting whilst driving isnt he
so I am not sure about - he doesnt know when he has it ....

his treatment isnt your concern so you should take - a back seat on that.
