It's normally on in two places, one removable for convenience.
Unsure what you are referring to. Network name and password will be set up at the router wireless management screen.
when I set up my Alexa (on Dot) she found the hub told me what kind it was and I had to put in the hub password

It says......., Before you begin using your Amazon Echo Dot and the Alexa Voice Service, connect it to a Wi-Fi network, and then register it to your Amazon account from the Alexa app.

So is the wi-fi network the number on your modem, and by the way I am on laptop,

Are you using the alexa setup facility on your computer? I have just looked at mine and it says words to the effect of plug in your Dot and wait till you see an orange light...then you move to the next screen and it says go to settings on your computer and find the wifi setting Amazon xxx then press continue. have you done this?
have you got an Alexa account on amazon?

Where do i find the wi-fi settings on my pc, and yes I should be an Alexa account on amazon, as I also have firestick with alexa.
