kvalidir - you are confused if you think people expressing an opinion that NHS should not be funding a sex change is transphobia. It is not. Just because some people do not feel the NHS should be funding this type of operation doesn't automatically make them transphobic, and it is naïve to think that it does.

Hans- yet again I'm going to wind Naomi up by telling someone they don't understand, but you clearly don't understand the difference between sexuality and gender.
You can be gay, straight or bi sexual without ever desiring to be the opposite sex.
You can desire to be the opposite sex and be either straight, bi or gay.
Your desire to be a gender contrary to the one you were born does not depend upon your sexuality.
With regard to myself, both my (male) partner and I are bisexual, but we could both be straight or only one of us bi, or indeed be living with one gay partner and one straight or bi partner in a marriage because sex isn't everything.
People are very diverse and assumptions do no-one any favours by and large, but the main point of my post is that sexuality does not equal a desire to change genders, so neither my partner, nor I am confused at all about our gender, I'm a girl and he's a man and we identify as such.
Embarrassment has never come easily to me O_G, it can sap one's confidence I know.

No......... who'd have guessed. Just so "fixated" on it that I'm confused about everything else?
This kind of thing should be funded by The Tory Party who obviously have plenty of funds for odd happenings.
We're discussing gender and sexuality Togo, I'm not fixated,in my daily life my sexuality never crops up in conversation ( and Hans brought it up on this occasion ) but we are discussing a topic discussing a topic, or perhaps I ought to wildly digress as you so often do. Do you have anything meaningful to contribute, or are you just perpetually stuck on your stock of just taking potshots at anyone you don't approve of as is usual for you?
//stuck on your stock//

I'm sure you meant "stuck on your stock in trade". Ho Hum, prick the inflated ego of the self righteous and listen to the whistle. :)
What a shame for the future of our beloved NHS. Hijacked and weaponised by the marxist fifth column. When it's gone it's gone....who will they blame I wonder.
@kvalidir.......I have known a number of homosexuals and would admit to having found them very nice people. Some appeared on stage with me and were great actors; possible because they were acting out the whole of their lives. However, Bi-sexuals were a breed apart and unwelcome on stage.

Hans.
kvalidir, //yet again I'm going to wind Naomi up…//

I read no further into your post than that. Like most people you have never succeeded in winding me up so don’t kid yourself. Knowing how we are all expected to be so disingenuously huggy and kissy on here perhaps I should say I’m sorry to disappoint - but I’m not. ;o)
