Skype Issues.

I am abroad trying to Skype the present Mrs Hughes. I have managed to skype our daughter, but when I dial her, it won't connect.

We have sent each other contact requests but neither seem to be arriving, we can't see them anywhere.

Any ideas would help, thanks.

Have you and/or Mrs Hughes updated Skype, I had a similar problem a few weeks back and needed to update, now all is ok.

Thanks saintpeter - when I logged in, the Skype system advised me it was updating, but it hasn`t made any difference!

Log in to Skype, go to 'Help' and click on 'Go To Support', maybe someone can help you there.
