Looking For A New Mobile Phone Provider

A fortnight ago in Switzerland, I made one short local call on my mobile and was charged €60. plus an extra €20. for I don't know what. So I am leaving my provider (Simply.de) and looking for something else. I'm want something which I can pre-pay, move around in Europe and pay for from a UK bank account and is in English language.
I'm wondering about Lycamobile , does anyone know if that would fit my requirements please?

For example, although it advertises free internet, this is capped at only 10MB per day and is 2G only so no fast 3G speeds.
