Only the seriously deranged still believe that there was any tampering by Russia with the election results, - all these months and not a scrap of evidence. The Supreme Court has now overturned the ban on his preventing his free entry of Muslims from certain countries and he has shown his authority by not having a White House dinner to celebrate the end of Ramadan, - and why should he?

jim; I guess it's a matter of if you are pro-life or pro-death. The US government has been, under the Obama administration, giving large sums of taxpayer's money to foreign non-governmental-organizations (NGOs) that 'promote' abortions as a means of family planning.
Would you be comfortable with that?
Pro life / Pro choice - to be more accurate.
Question Author
sp //Pro life / Pro choice - to be more accurate.//

Squeamish are you, does that make it sound better?

Apart from cases of rape, the choice comes before the conception.
What about his refusal to come on a state visit to the UK because he didn't want to see protests? If that's not childish and petulant I don't know what is!
Question Author
The way I see it, it is the protesters who are, or would be, being 'childish and petulant', also politically naive and a disgrace.
Khandro

As a man, I don't think I have the right to tell a woman that she is obligated to carry a child whatever the circumstances.

That's what I mean by pro-choice.
I'm not in the mood to get into a debate about abortion with you or with anyone else. It's the woman's choice, and she should be free to make that choice.
Question Author
jim and sp; Abortion is a complicated issue and I tend to agree with you in certain circumstances only.
But the issue here is should American taxpayers be funding a programme costing an estimated $600 million for abortion to be used as a form of 'family planning' in foreign countries?
If you wish to spend money overseas tackling the burgeoning world population there are better initiatives aimed at the prevention of pregnancies.
agree Sp - it is a womans choice and not someone like Trump or Khandro
// What about Trumps refusal to come on a state visit to the UK because he didn't want to see protests?//

I honestly think he set his heart on a gold coach and couldnt cope with the fact that it is wooden and paint and cant be armoured ( horses not invented that could pull it )

and the glass in the coach is glass and not chagga-chagga-chagga bullet proof armoured stuff - which sudduv turns black when you shoot at it

and it is just easier to say that Buckingham Palace and Palace of Westminster are no go areas - and jesus you must be crazy to cross the Thames using London Bridge....
I totally agree about him not celebrating the end of ramadam, he's not a muslin and ramadam is not relevant to him as it's not to me !

Fill yer boots:

sp, you're obsessed, what ever bad thing you here about Trump you want it to be true.
Does Ted Cruz have the same handicap as Serge Kovaleski?
Talbot, //sp, you're obsessed, what ever bad thing you here about Trump you want it to be true.//

I agree - and I think that applies to a lot of people.

Incidentally, I don’t agree with Trump on the abortion issue.

Eddie, // What about his refusal to come on a state visit to the UK because he didn't want to see protests?//

‘See’? I don’t recall him saying that.
Re. OP I do actually think that the tide is turning in his favour. NB WELL, this does not imply that I agree with all his policies.

PP //it is a womans [sic] choice and not someone like Trump or Khandro//

I always think there is something cowardly about a man's 'magnanimous' abrogation of responsibility, "it's up to you, nothing to do with me, - the choice is yours". What message does that give out to a pregnant woman?

And regarding those 'snowflake' women (and men) with their, me, me, me, - "It's my body" "it's my choice" posters. The child in the womb also has its own body , but unfortunately, doesn't have a choice.

what ever bad thing you here about Trump you want it to be true.

Whatever bad thing I hear about Trump is usually true.

Have a look at the list of examples I gave previously.

Have you read what he said about the Central Park Five?

It's worth your time. It shows the man in (what I believe) is his true light. This isn't about grabbing women by their privates, or shoving the Prime Minister of Montenegro out of the way.

Please read this, and let me know your thoughts:

Does Ted Cruz have the same handicap as Serge Kovaleski?
-Talbot-

No - but he did use the same 'spastic' moves to mock Serge Kovaleski.

In the same way that if you used the Joey Deacon voice to mock someone at work who messed up an important presentation, but then walked into a centre for physically handicapped people and talked to *them* with the same mocking Joey Deacon voice, you would be pulled up on context.

Now, over to the Central Park Five.

Did you read the link?
"What message does that give out to a pregnant woman?"

I suppose it gives her the message that she's free to make her own choices about her body.
