I'm back on it again after a few weeks off the rails.

Isn't it easy to treat yourself when you're feeling down? I wonder what the best way to break the link between feeling down and "treating" it with a cake or a beer is?

Anyway, I've swapped all that for runner's high instead, again :)

How are you getting on?

Good for you Wendilla. Unfortunately the weather doesn't affect my appetite, just makes me want to make easy meals if it's hot.
Hi. Due to an unexpected 0.4 lb jump upwards over the last 24 hours, I'm now the same as last Wednesday. Oh well... next week maybe.

Looks like we have all forgot this week .i just remembered when I forgot to take chicken breasts out to defrost and I was going to phone for a take a way then I remembered . Woops . I promise I will be good for next week
