Can't Sleep....

Getting so ridiculous now. My body clock is entirely back to front. I do not know what it is like to have a full nights sleep, not even 5 hrs sleep in a row.....,

Think I'd need to take it in industrial strength to work!!

Seriously I have about three hours sleep a night and even that isn't in one hit. I've tried every medication going including sleeping tablets. But I'll give anything a shot now.....
