My missus has an LG old phone, which she has happily used to access her emails on Yahoo.
Yesterday, she got a message saying she could no longer get on Yahoo unless she upgraded.
She can't upgrade, nor does she want to.
Why has this suddenly happened?
Any ideas please?

Maybe it's just the e-mail client app she uses that needs upgrading, for security purposes ? Just wondering, don't really know. Did they clarify what they meant by upgrading ?

Try checking the e-mails on a computer. If they come through then the problem may be with the account not the mobile. In which case you (she) may need to contact Yahoo Mail. I think the no is: +44-808-1644-506 For Yahoo Customer Service UK
