My partner and myself are looking to take on the pub where we both work (and run for the current leasee) but we are concerned about the tupe law any thoughts regarding taking on staff redundancy liabilities

This is so important that I think paying for advice rather than getting our opinion free is the order of the day

Yes the T in TUPE standards for transfer so Yes tupe would be engaged - the general idea is that the employee's record runs on and the slate is not wiped clean
( or else companies would do swopsies every few years)
