School's Over But...

I ditched my high school graduation ceremony, never got a call from school afterwards regarding the whereabouts of my diploma, what am I supposed to do? are they keeping my diploma for me or are they going to throw it away, do I need this thing in the first place. I mean, when I go to college, do I need to show them this scrap of paper in order to prove that I have graduated high school or they will know even if I didn't?

In the UK important certificates are either held by the person in charge..the exam secretary usually, occasionally they are sent by recorded delivery (if there is a problem with them being collected). I suggest that you ring your old school and ask where this vital piece of paper is and how you can get hold of it. Never don't collect certificates.....you...

Are you in America? This is a UK website, so if you are in the US, you are unlikely to get your question answered here. Why don’t you ask your school?

Oh...I suspect your high school graduation certificate will be very important in the future...these things need to be shown to back up what you have claimed to have achieved
