Not sure what you want (i.e. format) . . . but you could maintain such a timesheet in Excel?

No it is for weekly attendance with name and date for a language class . just to keep a record for personel use

You can do this in Excel or a table in Word - or for that matter on a piece of paper.

Yes I have been doing it by hand. I have open office and not sure how to go about it.

Initially, you can download a template . . .

Then you can use the Help Facility, a friend or t'internet forums such as:-
