I have absolutely no idea.
Indeed, Anne......she knows it's not her fault but in her place....well I'd just be devastated....and so angry...x
yes, to feel you were somehow targeted.
She will feel some responsibility..human nature, but not warranted ...I have never heard of her before this to be honest
This is what she posted on her Facebook page. Poor girl must feel terrible :o(

"broken.
from the bottom of my heart, i am so so sorry. i don't have words."
I haven't either Minty, but so heartbreaking for everyone involved in this atrocity.
As awful as any sane minded person I expect?

Thank you for the Facebook post mazie.
I'd never heard of her before today, but I understand she's distraught - and who wouldn't be?
Minty - I don't think she will feel any responsibility.

She was providing entertainment for her legions of fans.It could have been at the Take That concert.

When France played Germany I don't imagine the 22 players and officials felt responsibility...
She must feel dreadful.
Would it not have been a lot better if she had stayed in Manchester and visited the people in the hospitals. After all she must have been paid a packet for her appearance?
