Dinner This Evening Is...

...fancy fish cakes, peas and chunky oven chips. Followed by a bramley apple tart courtesy of an m&s meal deal, and some strawberries, although I'm not sure about the strawberries, is it too early for nice strawbs, even foreign ones?
What I'd actually like is a Chinese takeaway, lots of different dishes including hot and sour soup, a huge chop suey roll, prawn fu young, etc.
What are you having, but what would you actually really like?

Unusually for me,I picked up a ready meal of sorts from M&S..."ready to poach" cod,hake and king prawns ...in a saffron tomato &chorizo sauce. Fish is raw and unmessed with...looks nice. Not hungry yet,but it's a light​ enough meal to eat late.
I'm amazed though...it's to serve 2...but I could easily eat the whole thing. Am I a piggy?

No pasta, you're not. I find many of those types of things very small for our appetites and always add extra veggies or something to fill us up.

Just got taxi home from Whitstable, meal was good, not great but adequate and enjoyable.
