Strange Keyboard !

My keyboard has started behaving very strangely .....when I try to use the symbol for quotation marks, it comes up as @

What is going wrong ?

But on my keyboard, shift and 2, should produce ", which it does now, but wasn't a few mins ago....panic over !

I think mikey's keyboard is "strange" all the time...it adds an exclamation mark to the end of every sentence.
