Much was said yesterday by our Tory supporters on AB, about the mess Abbot made of her interview on LBC, and quite rightly so....she made a hash of it.

But the central issue of Police numbers still remains, and should be of real concern to all of us.

Why, since 2010 have the Tories made such savage cuts to the Police funding, that they now have 20,000 less Officers ? The Tories used to be known as the party of Law and Order, but it doesn't look like it now does it ?

Mikey4444 for once I agree with you. It is truly alarming the decrease of police available for crimes against households, the person, anti social behaviour etc. Tough on crime, I don't think so.
Where I live,Northumberland, any Road Accident, however trivial, you will always see at least 4 Police Cars and a Police Van,any minor incident in a Street the same. A while ago a few cows got loose and the Number of Police Cars and Officers, was treble the number of cows. Short on Numbers, don't make me laugh.!!

///Its all the fault of immigrants .....I might have guessed !
I don't believe that at all, of course, but immigration has soared since 2010, despite the Tories telling us that they would get to grips with it///

all well and good Baldric (they were trying to break the trade unions). But it's been seven years since Labour were in power. You haven't answered the point that it's gone right on rising while a certain other party's been in power.
