Monday. A bank holiday. It's been raining for most of the night, it looks like it's happy and has no intention of stopping. I'm glad I've got a tumble dryer! The barometer is reading 29.53, down from 30.18. Quite a drop in a few hours. I won't be out for long this morning! I was planning to down to the canal, I think I'll give it a miss!

Good neighbours are very hard to find Eleena, Mrs Barns who lived next door, she was in her 90s, I often went around to see if there was anything that needed doing, she passed 4 years ago, a grand Lady.

I'm sure neighbours would do the same for me TWR, an alarm going off is worrying, especially when you have a drink problem, I would always wonder if she's heard it.
