Could Theresa May be playing an extremely clever pro-Remain card?

Think of it this way - the big winners in this election are likely to be the Tories, as (let's be honest) - Labour are unelectable with Jerry in charge.

But aside from the Conservatives, who else is likely to do well?

The Lib Dems might see votes going to them from Remainers as they are more vocal in their calls for the UK to remain in the EU.

The biggest losers in this election are surely UKIP?

So, Theresa - who we know is a Remainer, calls a snap election to bolster her position, but at the same time, kill UKIP and send a 'soft Brexit' message to the country?

Is this possible?

//I see she's refusing to take part in any TV debates prior to the election. //

If only the other attention junkies would. :))
Quite honestly the TV debates without her would be a bit pointless. Like broadcasting a boxing match with only one participant in the ring. Hopefully Mrs May's decision will put paid to the ridiculous circus.
