I stand corrected in regards to my past opinion of BT young lad tonight who I dont think it would be right to name he could not have been more helpful and more so when he realised it was an old pensioner he was dealing with,my past experiences with BT have not been good but this more than made up for the past,it is very stressful moving house but when people go out of there way to help makes thing a lot easier.
