If you mean your log-in details for AB, I have no problem, just click on History at the top of your screen, and select clear recent history.

Then when you go back to AB you will be asked to sign in, and two boxes will appear one for your email or username and the other for your pass word.

make sure the remember box is ticked, touch on the username box and your name will appear underneath, click on that and your pass word will appear as a number of ****.

Hope that helps? If not I am sure others will come up with the answer.
If you do a complete clear history run you will have to re log on to sites that require your password. Answerbank, Amazon, Etc. However you can delete individual sites if you click on the "hamburger sign and then the little clock icon that appears. You will have to wait a few moments for a list of visited websites to appear and then you can delete them individually by clicking on the little x that is hidden just to the right of the site description and shows if you hover over the time shown against the site. . This is for w10 by the way I forget if w8 or previous systems were similar.
Now if you are using MSN and have been using the bing facility you may still finf sites that are showing in bing history even if you do a complete delete history. So go back to the MSN home page and click manage history which is just under the yellow "web search" box top of page. When you have done this a page appears that has two boxes Yes or No and the question do you wish to clear your entire search history. Ignore them and again click the "hamburger" icon top right. Click again the clock sign that will give you individual sites visited and delete the individuals you wish to remove.

Thanks folks.

My problem I have is to do with a Detective type of game I use.
A few hitches have gone on over the w/e with the game, and I was told to clear cache/memory.

Can I just clear the history of the game, with out the others? thanks.
Yes you can. Bring up the list of sites you have visited using the "hamburger" icon top right. Click on the clock icon and let the list of sites load. Then you will see the sites visited in the last hour.Below them you will see further days and dates. Open them individually and clear out the game logs. This should clear up your issue but it is a bit long winded unless you have a lot of password protected sites to re instate.
go to the greek letter Xi in the top right hand corner of browser

Haha now now pp you know how. ;)) For me..... I have shared a home pc with a teenage son and worked in an office for a National company. The company had a private internal server and although staff members had account passwords certain staff had full access to all accounts. Auditors and clever hackers and so on. The diligent man learned to sweep the footprints in the snow with a bushy bough as he went along.
