Do you know 'why' its is sore?
Could she have trodden in broken glass or got a splinter? If so a trip to the vet. Otherwise try to soak the paw in warm salted water, or put some on a cloth and dab the paw with it, make sure you get it quite wet, salt water is a gentle antiseptic but don't ignore it, as it could become badly infected if something is in there like glass or a splinter of wood....

Sharp end of claw had grown inward which we have managed to trim. We put some germolene on last night but must have been like an in growing toe nail. We will be keeping a an eye on it. Difficult to cover up a cats paw it being so small.
Hope its getting better crosspatch!
I can't think of anything else that you should do. It's just got to hurt like ****.
