Had a very mixed day yesterday. Attended the service for HMS Glorious in Birgu which went really well. It's always well attended. Then in the afternoon, I went for a walk near the shore in Spinola Bay. I slipped on that gooey green stuff and really hurt my arm. It's very, very sore. I hope I can negotiate the airport checks ok as I can't lift my right arm up. Just hope they don't declare me unfit to fly. Doesn't bear thinking about. It's killing me to type this, so I'll sign off. Hope to report back ok when/if I get back.

When are you actually coming home? Might be an idea to pop to the chemist and get a sling.

I can't see why they'd declare you unfit to fly.
