I'm looking for a pillar candle mould that when you pour the wax in there's a space in the mould so it leaves a space so a tea light candle could be placed in it if that makes any sense

It almost makes sense. If you want a tea light shaped space in the pillar then you need a tea light shaped blob in the mould.

Have you tried a web search for craft shops ?
Bit tricky this one as candles tend to be poured upside down. You could try getting a tea-light case and making a hole for the wick in it. Then stick, using blue tack or permanent adhesive to the bottom on the inside of the mould.
Alternatively you can make your own mould using latex.
