seems that on the passing of PC Palmer and the other victims could be subject to fraud.

Well done to Just Giving for their actions.
I'm always very careful with the Just Giving site as anyone can set up a page and collect money from people. If I give, I only give to friends and family, or recognisable organisations.

Well they should do something to earn their 5% take off.
