Broken Key In Upvc Window Lock

Can anyone suggest how I can deal with this, or do I have to call a windows company?
I am not really up to speed on DIY, but I am willing to try to save myself a callout fee, and probably a long wait.

changing the lock is something I could do (butterfingers crossed) after watching the video.

We managed to get a broken key out of a lock using a strong magnet. You can get very strong little magnets at Maplins and maybe elsewhere.
