Hello, I am working as HR Coordinator, now I am leaving my current job. Because i got a clashed with my senior co-worker, I complained about her attitude to my senior management, but they did not take any notice, because she is working here since 12 years, and sorry to say my company give her favoritism. Now I want to write a note to my senior manager when I will left my job. Please help me to write simple but meaningful email. what should I write?

Dear xyz,
Hope you're doing well, today I only want to write one thing, when ABC(company name) can't solve HR Coordinator's problem then they don't need to hire us, because Ms.ABC (co-worker name) can handle each and everything and yes everyone very well. Every HR Coordinator's resignation giving her more confidence, she should be thankful to the company that company giving her more confidence.

Thank you very much,
xyz

That is not a memo from a proffesional person. When you leave a job you don't critisise anyone or the company you just leave.
How did you get that job, your English is not the best?
English is not her first language, john. She is Asian I think and works for a company in Dubai where English is spoken
Fatema, have you written your letter of resignation and given your company notice that you will be leaving?

If so, leave the email. There is no point in sending anything like that and it will make you look unprofessional. Don't get involved in a griping situation. Leave with your head held high.
I would discard that version, fatema, and start afresh. Just keep it simple. Say you are giving X weeks' notice of your resignation and give the exact date you will be leaving. If you feel you must refer to the issues with the co-worker I would just say you feel unable to continue working with XYZ (co-worker's name) given that the company has been unable to address the issues you have raised.
Don't forgot that in order to get another job you'll need a good reference from this company, and creating further bad feeling is not the way to achieve that. Maintain your dignity. Just leave. I wish you luck.
*forget* not *forgot*.
I would not be overly critical of colleagues....

It is with regret that I tender my resignation ..my position has become untenable due to personal working difficulties.....which have proved to be unresolvable ....

something like that without naming names ..they will know what and who you mean
Had you raised a formal grievance, fatema? If not, i think it's a bit late now to be raising this issue- so just leave and walk away with dignity.
If you had raised a grievance and it was not dealt with properly then you could refer to your unresolved grievance as the reason for leaving- that may leave them worried about a possible constructive dismissal claim- but I am still not sure that would achieve anything.

When I gave them my resignation and wrote them that I'm leaving this company because of MS. ABC behavior. But company said send us a revised simple resignation letter we will not accept this. She misbehaved with every junior post girl. i'm the third victim in 2 years. I want to this note because may be this organization take any action against her.
fatema, you've told them what the problem is. If they don't address it, that's up to them. Look after yourself now. Just send them a standard letter of resignation and leave it at that.
They won't accept your resignation ?
Are they threatening to carry on paying you then ?
So you have already written a similar letter, now you want to send a similar email.

The likely reason they will not accept it is that accepting it might have made them vulnerable to a constructive dismissal claim.

What are you trying to achieve, fatema. They already know of your concerns and chose to do nothing about it. They also know this is teh reason you say you are leaving. Saying it again won't change anything.

Now if you are wanting them to pay you your notice and leave now they might agree to that if you threaten legal action (I'm not sure if our employment law applies there), but it won't help you geta reference.
I would just send a plain resignation letter.

No I want to write them when I will left my Job, and I will only write this email to my reporting manager, because he did not take any action on my complain about her attitude. Please you guys can help me to write this note.
fatema ..see my answer at 7.12 this is the most diplomatic way of making your point without risking a poor reference for future employment..he will know who and what you mean
So what you want to do is send an email after you have left (or after you have resigned).
I am not clear then whether you have now sent- or will send- a straightforward resignation letter for them to accept. Have they now accepted your resignation?
I would not send any further e mails after you have left..your future employment prospects will be diminished with poor references..DROP IT !
Question Author
I will send this email when I will left my office. You guys can't understand what I am feeling right now, I can't write whole story here. So in short I just want to send an email to my manager, that stop playing with junior's problems.
DROP IT!
Forget about this Company..is the best advice given!
Move on with your life, and put what has happened down to a lesson learned.
You do not want to affect your future prospects. So leave gracefully, with a good reference in your hand.

I thought you wre doing a course since a lot of the stuff you have shared with us in the past - I had to do as assignments

a taunting email was never one

In the English / Anglo-Saxon culture you just dont write these letters. it is like putting comments on the weather or train times into a resignation letter - not done

they will bin it - they wont read it and you may make getting a ref more difficult for yourself

also when applying for a new job do not *** off your old employer - you wont get the job ....

the correct place for telling the employer how awful he was - is an exit interview and it doesnt look like your employer is going to do one of those

oh and good luck in your new job
