We have 2 meat free days a week here. We eat very little red meat but chicken & fish.

I've just text Mr Smow telling him it's steak and BJ day to which he replied with a big smiley face. I didn't tell him he's being served steak and a glass of black currant juice ; )

We've just had salmon and stir fry, starters were had this afternoon ;)followed by rum cocktails in the summerhouse. Not sure if they were salmon steaks..
