What situation are you talking about? More information needed.
Agree with EDDIE, 3000bar is a very high pressure indeed. For a start, what liquid are you handling and at what temperature ?

well i m using water and just need a nozzle jet of 2500 bar water
pressure
Next question: What flow/delivery rate are you looking for ? Then find yourself a specialist pump supplier (you could start by googling) and proceed to negotiate rental or purchase.

no issue of the dischrge...need to know what components would be needed in the system
Still in the dark here, what is the 'system' you are talking about?
What is it being used for? What spray pattern do you need from the nozzle ? It is not just the nozzle, the entire system must be able to handle the pressure! As said, 3000 bar is VERY high and very dangerous at that pressure a water jet would cut your leg off in a second!
Look at this web site for ideas.

3000 bar is classed as 'Ultra High Pressure' it needs a lot of specialist equipment.
If you are having to ask such basic questions I have to question if you have suitable experience to safely use such dangerous equipment!

hey people! i m working on a striiping machine whose operating pressure is 2500 bar (water).which component would be needed to construct the system(like say pressurevalves/regulaters/nozzles,etc).would be helpfull if u people guide me with working cycle diagram.which calculations are needed to be done in context to the system....
I just have to point you back to my last answer.
You say you are 'working on' a stripping machine that uses 2500 bar pressure ? I assume you mean that you are trying to design such a machine yet you need to ask very basic questions about the components needed construct the system?
You need to do a lot of basic research and get experience of working with ultra high pressure water jets before you can expect to be able to design new systems. What is a 'striiping' machine anyway I am assuming it is a typo for stripping machine ? What is it designed to strip ,wallpaper ? paint? corrosion or rust?
Give it up urmil. You're playing about (literally) with stuff that could cause you and others serious harm if you get it wrong. These pressures require very specialised components and skills that you don't have. If you had any clue, you'd be doing it not asking about it.

Seek professional advice elsewhere.
^^ Thanks gumboot, urmil just does not seem to realise that water jets at that sort of pressure are as dangerous as a loaded machine gun!
