He wasn't very sensitive when he suggested in an earlier thread, that Islay wasn't British and didn't deserve to have a British passport because she wasn't born here.

Was Aog not saying that the passport was not deserved because there was no discernible support for Britain in any of her previous comments? I can even remember the comment that respect for her ancestral home was stronger a while back, and so not about birth place.
It wasn't apparent if that's what he was alluding to.
If that's meant for me ZM, that aber can hold her own and frequently insults him ...
Togo....People don't get British Passports for their "support" ....they get them by right, just as you and I do.

AOG was still way out of order on this issue and should apologise accordingly.

//in an earlier thread//

Did you notice that bit? Stop diverting.

Mikey a British passport can be removed for hostility......ie non support. Geddit.
I'm not sure we do 'geddit' Togo. Who are you suggesting has their passport removed?
Question Author
Ohh I don't make those decisions, but I am pretty sure it happens...... aren't you?
I have no idea what you're talking about if I'm honest. Apathy prevents me from commenting further too.

If........... big word that.

It would seem that Sadiq Khan fears National Socialism more than some who have every reason to. He of course is not trying to repackage or relabel it. I was taught that Nationalist, Socialist parties were to be condemned. Silly me, it is Conservative Nationalist parties that must be demonised. Haha Useful idiots indeed.
ANOTHEOLDGIT, "A COUNCILLOR who accused the SNP of racial discrimination after she was removed from a list of approved MSP candidates has had a legal action under employment law rejected by a tribunal judge.

Yen Hongmei Jin, who quit the party over her concerns of racism, moved to sue the SNP after her name was taken off the list of approved candidates for this year’s May Holyrood elections last June “without explanation”.

As far as I can tell the other case in which the police were involved has not been resolved and a counter-claim has been made.
So is it a yes or a no ?
Did it not occur to some of you that the reason that Islay wasn't born in the UK was because her parents may have had a patriotic job? She's said on numerous occasions that her father was in the forces. 2 and 2 together and all that!!
I'd say Islay has no reason to explain anything to anyone,

/// I have no idea what you're talking about if I'm honest. ///

Obviously you also have no idea what 'I AM' talking about also, if you had you would not have put this malicious lie:

/// He wasn't very sensitive when he suggested in an earlier thread, that Islay wasn't British and didn't deserve to have a British passport because she wasn't born here. ///

But if I have inadvertently been talking in my sleep, and actually said those words, please provide proof, so that I may apologise.
AOG, your comment which stated that only people born in Britain should be allowed to have a British passport has been deleted. Had you noticed that? The Editorial team obviously also felt you'd overstepped the mark. If you were a man about it, you'd apologise.
Actually his comment said that if I had more than 1 passport then I was not a true British citizen!
Zacs-Master, //AOG, your comment which stated that only people born in Britain should be allowed to have a British passport has been deleted. //

I didn't see that, but if that's all that was said I'm curious to know why it was deleted. It's just an opinion, isn't it, and from what I can see, it breaks no rules?
