On my wifes phone (the above) it keeps coming up "Not enough capacity to enable the service.Try disabling one or more services." It just appears..not trying to open an app or anything. I don't even know what it means!! Any ideas what to do?

Has she installed any new apps recently?

A bit of googling suggests that certain apps are known to cause the problem. In particular, on the other side of the Atlantic a banking app (from the Canadian Scotia Bank) causes it - even when that app isn't in use - and uninstalling that app fixes the problem. Perhaps there's a similar dodgy app (not necessarily to do with banking) over here, which your wife needs to remove?

Can't think of anything we've downloaded lately, but I'll have a look through and see if anything jumps out at me...thanks.
If you can't find a solution, phone Sony Xperia UK Support on 0370 523 7237 (Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm, Sat 9am to 5pm). Calls to 03 numbers are charged at the same rate as those to regular 01 and 02 numbers.

Had a look on YouTube and google and after finding out what NFC is, I've just switched it off as we don't use it. Seems to have worked.
