My car is insured with Geoffery(was Chaucer) wont add my son as a named driver as he is not employed/not earning,can anyone recommened an insurer that will?

Give Aviva a ring. Excellent service and surprisingly good prices. Personally I wouldn't waste money going through a broker.
co op insurance I find cheapest, named drivers earn own ncb and after 3 years can take out their own insurance with the co op then after another 1 year they get 4 years ncb that they can take anywhere. I know this works only fault with co op insurance like many, one says one thing one says something else when making a claim for accident. make sure u don't have a break in policy or ur name driver loses out, do quote online always cheaper. direct.
