My car was stolen for my driveway and recovered 2 days later with damage .... broken windows and bullet hole in front fender.. I didn't see the vehicle yet but I feel sick just thinking about what went on in it... Can I refuse to take car back and demand money from the insurance company?... I just got that car 4 days before the whole incident .. What to do? I really don't want that car any more.. Help

I'm guessing that your in the USA judging by the wording of your post.
This is a ( mainly ) UK site.
Our car insurance laws etc are going to be different to American car insurance regulations.

Wow.... Great how did I miss that part... Thank you for a quick answer :)
In the UK you would have to take the car back and then claim the cost of repairs from your insurance, you would not be able to claim cash instead. Why not get the car fixed and then sell it? That's what I would do in your situation.
A bullet hole?!?

That's America for you.
Give it time, it'll be more common here the way things are going.
