Just stick with toast. I was going to suggest a couple of scrambled eggs on toast but if you can't eat eggs, just stick to the toast. Make sure you drink plenty though
Mash potatoes always go down well with me when out of sorts.x
Soup

I'm not a huge fan of toast hammerman but it's probably the quickest and easiest to work out insulin for. I don't blame the eggs for making me ill but it's put me off.
I love mash patsy but I've had rather a lot of it lately. Maybe for tea :)
I haven't got any soup left Anne had the last tin for lunch tea yesterday and Tesco don't seem to stock my favourite here :( could do beans though
Eat a smaller amount of whatever you fancy.

I'm guessing that doesn't include a 3 course meal then Sqad ;)

Dad's gone for papers so asked for soup will see how that goes - thank you though
Yoghurt?

I've not got yoghurt in Danny but thank you for the suggestion...wouldn't mind one :)
Hi QOM i personally wouldn't have anything with beans as with me it makes me gassy and plays up with my stomach if i'm already ill.
Plain boiled rice is a good idea but dont add any oil or butter.

hope you feel better soon

Hi JD

I have reconsidered beans and dismissed it for now although I will need the fibre at some point but not yet.

Sticking with soup for now and I'll ease myself back into normal eating like Sqad said what I fancy a little at a time.

Thank you too :)

Hi Q O M.
Try a tub of natural full fat Greek Yogurt from Aldi, and tinned rice pudding.
These will fill you up,and the yogurt will do the stomach good.
The BRAT diet:
Bananas
Rice
Apple Sauce
Toast
is supposed to help.

Hey Chipa and mayennaise
Thank you for your suggestions just noticed your replies. I've had rice today and it didn't go down too well. Bananas are good though. I seem to manage chicken nuggets well. I'm not too keen in Greek yoghurt though would any kind of yoghurt do?

I didn't mean that but have BA Anne...I never touched my screen :o

Vomiting has stopped thank goodness. My Diabetes regime allows me to eat what I want as long as I can take insulin for it. Sadly my stomach doesn't want much of anything. I'm basically eating child like portions of food (not that I'm complaining) I'm just glad that I can eat.

Since being sick I've noticed I'm thirsty all the time though even though I'm drinking plenty.
