I don't know of a discussion 'when the previous president was signed in' (will read or watch if you supply a link) but there was a discussion when most people accepted that Obama had beaten Clinton to be the democrat nominee ... she didn't accept it because apparently you just never know what might happen. Even though she did mention the assassination of Bobby Kennedy that comment was misconstrued.
