;-)

I had Hunter's Chicken, chips, peas and a pot of tea for a fiver in Morrison's café this evening.
Who are you calling 'sweet and simple' anyway?

I'm definitely not 'sweet' ;-)
haddocks have nationalities?

Yep, I'm a bit late tonight, a neighbor popped in with a couple of beers and a pack of pancakes.....so how could I refuse ?
Very disappointed. I thought Chico would have more style than to dine at Morrison's.
//haddocks have nationalities?//
LOL
^^^ of course they do, scottish ones wear little kilts
Beer and pancakes........and now fish and chips with chip butties.....do you have some Rennies for later, Chip?
I could have refused the pancakes (unless, possibly, they came with both ice cream and maple syrup) but refusing beer is against my religion ;-)
>>> I thought Chico would have more style than to dine at Morrison's

It's not style that I'm short of, JD33. Just money!
I had tuna steak for lunch. I've made a pot of stew which has almost gone and I had scampi and salad.

It's been a piggy day.
Take away tonight!! Indian. I am having lamb Naga, Pilau rice, saag bhargi and a peshwari naan. Can't wait.
Chipolatas, mash, carrots and broccoli with lashings of onion gravy.
Going out for a curry tomorrow night :-)
Chicken and mixed pepper stir fry with wholegrain rice and it's almost done.
.....it was lovely!
