Trying To Remember A Song

Does anyone remember a very moving song a couple of years ago which accompanied a video of homeless people?

It was incredibly sad. I think it was a reworking of an older song. There was a sound like a train whistle at one point.

Any help? I loved it at the time, but just can't remember it now.
