I'm hoping one of you lovely people can help - I'm stuck on the following:

5d: Note gradient on boy's mountains (9) ?????I???; 6d: Just the same as potentially neutral journo (9) ?????E??? 9a: Reportedly twisted step (4) ????
11a: Supply line blocked by one against local development (6) N????? and, lastly 16a: City bird needs the drink (7) ?W?????
