Too often after entering AnswerBank, it fails to respond, or inputting is slow and erratic and it can be difficult to exit from. Also it seems to an cause similar trouble with exiting from other sites.

I gave up trying to use AB via Firefox. I switched to Chrome and installed a ad-blocker (the adverts seem to create no end of grief) and it seems far better.

TKS New Judge.
Along with the suggestion to use "that-which-shall-not-be-named"...

I find that clearing the "Web Content Cache" sometimes helps - click "3 Bars" top-right, click Options > Advanced (bottom, left side) > Network (3rd tab, top) & click "Clear Now" in "Cached Web Content". Let it do the bit of working-out it needs, now restart Firefox.

If that doesn't help, you can try a browser reset. Click "3 Bars", "Add-ons", "Extensions" & *important! - make a note of those you want to use again, along with any settings you applied to them & might forget*.

In the Menu Bar (if you haven't got it showing, right-click the 3 Bars & click Menu Bar to show it), click Help > Troubleshooting Information and click on "Refresh Firefox" (top right). Then you'll need to reinstall the extensions you want.
Use Dolphin
i`ve always used Firefox, Win 10, Norton and that thing we dont mention and never had an issue with any of them on AB
If you are experiencing problems with Answerbank when using Firefox then you need to get a suitable 'add-on' from Firefox to correct matters.

Nudge nudge, you know what I mean.

Hans.
Firefox works for me.
In concurrence with New Judge, I gave up on Firefox roughly five years ago but not for issues with AB specifically.
It had been constantly unresponsive regardless of the website and at times wouldn't even open without instantly ceasing response until I'd restart my system.
This was on my Acer. Not long after, when I obtained my Macbook, I used Chrome as that's what it had and once I got cozy with it, I converted the Acer. I saw an immediate improvement in performance.
I still have very scarce unresponsive issues with it on both laptops.
Coppit; I use Firefox in conjunction with 'the unmentionable' and have no problems whatsoever, but I find it important to regularly 'clear history', have you done that ?
I first discovered the importance of doing so when I lost sound on youtubes, I removed the huge pile-up of old unwanted history and it then worked fine.

Thanks for all responses. I now regularly clear out History and all is well. FF has a history of problems an is OK .... at the moment.
@Khandro: Interesting, I've never cleared my history and haven't experienced that issue unless the trouble I've had with my Acer's internet media audio for the past several years counts? The audio isn't completely lost but choppy. I believe it's gotten better recently but still isn't perfect. My Acer is my secondary laptop, however so I don't use it often, basically just when I need a backup.
