I noticed this about a week ago and when I went to have a look at it, it popped so I thought nothing else of it. (It's on the bit under the tongue that kinda connects it to the bottom of the mouth no idea what it's called) after about 3 days it's now back and filled again. It doesn't bother me, it's not painful or sore, I just catch it occasionally.. any idea what this is? And should I be worried? I'm a BIG worrier! Thanks!

It might be a good idea to get a doctor or dentist to look. I had a small bump in the same area a few years ago. It turned out to be a wart, which I got rid of by tying thread around it.
As yours popped, I don't think it's the same thing. Best to get someone to look.
No big deal......it's called a Ranula.

Nothing harmful, nothing malignant and if it isn't causing any problems, then no treatment required.
