Sharpening Dentures ?

After much dental treatment over many years and recently new (partial ) top and bottom my elderly Mum is of the opinion that after many years of chewing, her teeth have become "blunt" Is it possible to sharpen teeth (natural or denture) to enable easier chewing when eating ??
